Technical feasibility assessment: Thorough review and analysis of all initial project documentation, including architectural and interior design drawings, concepts, 3D renderings, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), material specifications, samples and technical requirements, to assess the technical feasibility of the proposed furnishings.
Technical optimisation: Where necessary, we propose alternative technical solutions that preserve the original design intent while improving manufacturability, quality, durability and cost efficiency.
Technical documentation and shop drawings: Coordination and development of comprehensive technical and production documentation, including detailed shop drawings, construction and assembly details, fixing systems, architectural and MEP interfaces, hardware selection, material specifications, dimensional coordination, tolerances, and documentation for prototypes and mock-ups.
Materials and finishes selection: Assistance throughout the selection and approval process for high-quality materials, finishes, components and construction systems.
Technical specifications: Preparation of detailed technical specifications to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance throughout the project.
Production kick-off meetings: Organisation of pre-production meetings to confirm standards, schedules, manufacturing methods and quality requirements.
Prototypes and mock-ups: Coordination of prototype and mock-up production, including First Article Inspection (FAI) of initial units prior to serial production.
Production monitoring: Continuous monitoring of production schedules and progress to anticipate, prevent or minimise potential delays.
Factory inspections and quality control: Scheduled factory inspections and visual and dimensional quality checks to ensure full compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs): Management of non-conformance reports and verification of the implementation of the corresponding corrective actions.
Final inspections and pre-shipment checks: Factory acceptance inspections and final Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) to verify compliance and authorise the technical release of goods for shipment.
